How Much Does it Cost?

Prices vary based on what kind of experience you’d like to have at Minus5 (i.e. if you’d like to wear fur or have drinks/photos included in your package). For more information please visit our locations page

Do I Need A Reservation?

Minus5 has a reservation system similar to that of a restaurant. On a busy Friday or Saturday night, it’s a great idea to have a reservation however, you can still get in without one, it might just be a 15 to 20 minute wait. To purchase tickets and make a reservation, please visit our Purchase Tickets page, select the location that you would like to visit, select the date you plan on attending, then choose what packages and what time you would like to visit us. Follow the next steps to completing your purchase. Groups of 20 or more should contact Michelle at 702-586-8925 or michelle@Minus5Experience.com for special group pricing.

What Should I Wear?

Our basic entry package includes all the gear you’ll need to keep you warm. The entry only package includes a warm parka and gloves for you to wear on top of your regular clothes while in the bar. If you would prefer to be outfitted with cozy faux fur, that is an option as well. We also have an assortment of weather-appropriate hats available for purchase at any of our locations. So feel free to wear whatever you’d like, we will get you properly outfitted before entering!

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code at minus5

How Cold Is It?

minus5 ice bars are kept at a cool, refreshing -5 degrees Celsius or 23 degrees Fahrenheit. There’s no wind or humidity, and we provide all the gear to keep warm while you are enjoying the ice experience.

How long can I stay inside?

There is no time limit at minus5. Most guests usually spend 30-45 minutes inside the ice experience but you are welcome to keep the party going as long as you like.

What size coats do you have?

We carry sizes SMALL to XXXL  for guest coats (parkas).  Our faux fur coats range from SMALL to XXL.

Do You Have Any Specials?

The best way to keep in touch with Minus5 Specials is to become a V-ICE-P and LIKE US on Facebook. When we have special offers, you’ll be the first one to know because you’ll receive alerts via email or social networks.

Can I bring in my own electronics?

Unfortunately no electronics are allowed at Minus5 as heat and ice do not mix. This rule protects our ice and your electronics. You will be asked to put your cell phone, camera, tablet or any other electronic devices, into a storage lockers available free of charge! We also have a photographer on staff ready to snap your photos.

How Old Do You Have To Be?

For New York City and Orlando, we allow ages 5 and older before 9pm – accompanied with an adult. For Las Vegas, Venetian allows ages 12 and older before 9pm – accompanied by an adult. At Mandalay Bay & Monte Carlo, you must be 21 years or older to enter.

 

What Kind Of Beverages Do You Have?

We have a wide variety of specialty cocktails that change often and vary by store. Most of the range from $12-$15 and are served in an ice glass. We specialize in Vodka-based cocktails but also offer full bar and expert bartenders that will happily concoct your perfect drink! We also have a variety of non-alcoholic ‘Mock-tails’ available.

When Will My Photos Be Uploaded?

Photos can take up to 48 hours to be uploaded to our website, so please be patient with us! Once they’re uploaded, you can view them at: http://www.minus5experience.com/gallery/. Select your location and you’ll be redirected to our photo sharing website. Once you’re there you can select the date you visited, search and find your photos, and either purchase them share them on social media. Photos will be kept on our website for three months then will be deleted.

I Left __ Behind, Can You Send It To Me?

While we are not responsible for lost or stolen items we will do our best to search for your missing item. Please give us a call at 702-586-8925 and explain the situation. We’ll be happy to assist you in retrieving your items, we’ll just ask that you pay return shipping should we locate it.
