Do I Need A Reservation?
Minus5 has a reservation system similar to that of a restaurant. On a busy Friday or Saturday night, it’s a great idea to have a reservation however, you can still get in without one, it might just be a bit of a wait. To make reservations, please visit: http://www.minus5experience.com/socialpackages/, select your location that you’d like to visit, the package you’d like to purchase, and choose “Make A Reservation”. Groups of 15 or more should contact Rose Vandenberg at 702-586-8925 or Rose@Minus5Experience.com for special group pricing.
What Should I Wear?
Our basic entry package includes all the gear you’ll need to keep you warm. The entry only package includes a warm parka, gloves, and fur-lined boots for you to wear on top of your regular clothes while in the bar. If you’d prefer to be outfitted with cozy faux fur, that is an option as well. We also have an assortment of weather-appropriate hats, available for purchase at any of our locations! So feel free to wear whatever you’d like, we will get you properly outfitted before entering!
Do You Have Any Specials?
The best way to keep in touch with Minus5 Specials is to become a V-ice-P (http://www.minus5experience.com/v-ice-p/). When we have special offers, you’ll be the first one to know because you’ll receive alerts via email.
When Will My Photos Be Uploaded/How Do I Buy Photos/How Can I Post Them To Facebook?
Photos can take up to 48 hours to be uploaded to our website, so please be patient with us! Once they’re uploaded, you can view them at: http://www.minus5experience.com/gallery/. Select your location and you’ll be redirected to our photo sharing website. Once you’re here you can select the date you visited, search and find your photos, and either buy them or download a thumbnail to Facebook. Photos will be kept on our website for three months then will automatically delete.
Can I bring in my own electronics?
Unfortunately no electronics are allowed at Minus5 as heat and ice do not mix. This rule protects our ice and your electronics. You will be asked to put your cell phone, camera, PDA and pager, into a storage lockers available free of charge! We also have a photographer on staff ready to snap your photos.
Is The One In Sydney Still Open?
We are no longer affiliated with any international locations and unfortunately we don’t have any information about their operations. The best way to acquire that information is to search via web.
How Old Do You Have To Be?
Due to liquor law restrictions, you must be 21 years or older with valid ID to enter Minus5. We are working on a way around this and will update the website if we find a way to accommodate minors but for now it’s 21 and over.
What Kind Of Cocktails Do You Have?
We have a wide variety of specialty cocktails that change often and vary by store. Most of the range from $12-$15 and are served in an ice glass. We specialize in Vodka-based cocktails but also offer full bar and expert bartenders that will happily concoct your perfect drink!

While we are not responsible for lost or stolen items we will do our best to search for your missing item. Please give us a call at 702-586-8925 and explain the situation.
